Outlook Duplicate emails (Microsoft Corp Sucks)

Microsoft sucks because in over 15 years they won't pay someone $40,000 to solve a problem as simple as simple as eliminating duplicate emails in Outlook. I guess they are waiting to buy one of the many entities with fixes to perfect it for $40,000,000.
