I have heard different reports on Microsofts handling of Xbox problems. Some good some....not so much.

Xbox support seems to be making an attempt at being more "customer friendly" because Microsoft knows that they don't dominate that market. They are being forced to compete.

And just like magic it seems to be molding a new approach on their part within the Xbox division.

Perhaps it will spread like a virus through windows when people wake up to the fact that they can get their business aps outside the extortion box.
